
The carpal tunnel syndrome?
What exercises or stretches I can do to prevent further deterioration if I think I am starting to get carpal tunnel syndrome?
I was given several exercises to help that. The first is to hold your hand right and hyperextension your fingers gently bend backward, one by one. So slowly bend your fingers from joints and slowly bend your hand to a position of the brand and possibly a fist position and then to reverse this action. Unfortunately all the physical therapy did not work for me and I finally got the surgery done for her and I had a hundred percent rate of success. Good luck.
