Carpal Tunnel Splint

carpal tunnel splint
help with jobs for the tunnel, the ulnar nerve entrapment tunnel?

I am currently working in a bakery for months and my hands were wrong. I saw an orthopedic surgeon who diagnosed me with carpal tunnel (although I think it looks more like the ulnar nerve because it's my ring and little fingers that are evil and going numb) I was wearing the splint on the wrist that he gave me, but Now my other hand hurts too. I'm sure it's working – for a long time off my hands did not bother me at all. I want to change jobs, but I do not know what I can that will not require me to use my hands. All my experience is in retail or office. But I do not want to have surgery or permanent damage. Please help!

I do not have any suggestions for jobs for you, but I just wanted to say that I had exactly the same thing. He finished that I had surgery on my ulnar nerve that my finger had begun to atrophy. It was made a year ago this week. That my surgeon did not make an incision 8-inch down inside of my arm, moving the ulnar nerve the side of my arm, he stitched up and closed the incision with 25 or so stitches. I was in a splint arms irremovable full wrist shoulder for 10 days, the sewn were removed after 10 days as well. Then used a removable splint the arm for about a month. I had full use of my arm about 3 months after surgery. I'm glad made the decision to do so. I will not lie, I had some painful days after surgery, but it was not horrible. The worst was the first brace. It just gets itchy and hot. The scar is long but it is significantly reducing and shrinks. I just thought I'd share my story with you to surgery that you might know what it is. Let me know if you have any questions.
